I thought about it...and I came to a couple of conclusions because I can see two sides
Once someone gets comfortable they become content with what they are doing, leaving no room for improvement and growth in their leadership abilities.
on the other hand, waiting to be settled in to lead could be ones style. Personally, the more comfortable I have become in my area, the better leader I am able to be because I feel as though I can take risks and I'm willing to actually put myself out there.
